The 9 Steps Of Studying:

1. Read Through the Whole Chapter.

2. Separate all the different groups of ideas by means of symbolic representations (Marks that you recognize).

3. Transform each thought into a visible, audible, palpable, and concrete reality.

4. Rewrite the main idea of each section with your own words on the right margin of the page.

5. Formulate a brief comment/question on the left margin of the page, concerning the main idea you wrote previously on the right margin, that will provide a direct answer to your question.

6. Write down your original thoughts on the subject in brief, condensed sentences on a separate sheet of paper, numbering them with the same numbers of the respective text.

7. Write down everything you do not understand on the bottom margin of the page, numbering each note with the number of the text concerned.

8. Check carefully all uncomprehended terms and look for them in a good dictionary or encyclopedia
then look for similar words in a Thesaurus.

9. File all these notes for the future, as intellectual pictures of your individual study.
